Excellent place with excellent wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely restaurant. The staff were great, helping me with my elderly parents during my first stay, and they always provide friendly service.

The location was handy to the Fire station.

The food at the continental breakfast was amazing.

Request a room at the front to avoid noise from the extractor fan at the back.

The staff was very friendly. I had a room facing the highway. That was very loud. I wanted a room to the parking lot. No problem for the nice woman at the reception. Breakfast is good. The beds are good. A table or desk was missing in the room. OK for one night. Please always choose rooms facing the parking lot.

We tried delightful eggs and bacon for continental breakfast. We appreciated the size of the room - neat, plus it was immaculate. The location was marvellous, for example, xxxburnley Markets was within walking distance of the hotel.

Very good facilities and comfortable beds with a good breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was ok, clean rooms.

Many renovation works, very "loud" craftsmen wanted to get into the room while I lived there. Once in the house for dinner, I had to wait over 1 hour until the food came, some guests waited 2 hours.

Easy to locate, convenient for business, modern, clean and friendly.

Easy access from the motorway staff was very helpful

I asked for the loan of an iron and ironing board I was asked to gho down toreception carry both back up to my room whilst three of your staff stood chatting not one offered to help. I have been staying at this hotel since its opening the rooms and bedding need refurbishment The bedding is tatty and well used and it shows. The standard of breakfast is extremly poor My view is if you cant do it well dont do it We followed a large coach party of pensioners inot breakfast most complained coulnd mamge to serve themselves and were disgruntled at the lack of help and food available The standard is getting worse we came away saying we must look for alternatives My family live five mins away so it is very convienant but for the price charged compared with others its not good value. I booked three rooms ove the weekend and we all felt the same Sorry all of this should be in the box below
