Request a room at the front to avoid noise from the extractor fan at the back.

A few hiccups during the stay, like a slow WiFi connection that could frustrate anyone trying to get work done. There’s a noticeable lack of seating in some rooms, which might be a pain for families or groups needing extra chairs. Noise can be an issue. while not overwhelming, some sounds from the nearby motorway might be bothersome for light sleepers. the absence of vegetarian options at breakfast limits choices for some guests, making the meal less inclusive.

We found this hotel extremely accommodating for our family and dog. The location was perfect for exploring. After a fun day walking along the famous Leeds to Liverpool canal, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with high-quality options that kept us fueled for the day ahead.
My wife says that a doggy area would be great for families. It was a bit inconvenient with limited outdoor space for the pooch to run around and play.

we had a nice stay for 2 nights. the room was pretty spacious and clean with a comfy bed. good shower, and the staff were super friendly. enjoyed the breakfast too, lots to choose from. location is quiet, but not much around.
only thing is the hotel feels kinda isolated and would be nice to have some biscuits in the room.

Ideal location for families visiting relatives
The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. They made sure we got a room swap to one with a car park view after four nights, and trust me, it was greatly appreciated.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for the service we got, it was still reasonable.

Super comfy stopover
Just one night here, but it was pretty solid. The front desk staff were so friendly, especially Miss Kirsten, she was a total gem. The room was spacious and clean. There was a sweet breakfast buffet to kick off the day. Only issue was finding the place—it was a bit tricky with all the roundabouts.
